Collect Rent: Efficient rent collection and financial management by our brokerage.  We collect rent via direct debit, and deposit directly to your account on the day of the month requested all through our team at RE/MAX Select

Complete Property Inspections & Check ins: To monitor the condition of the property and address any concerns promptly. We Deal with all concerns/issues that arise at property. We check in on the property when asked to by the owner. We perform the move in and move out inspection reports with photos of the property to ensure it’s given back in good condition or withhold their damage deposit.

Schedule Maintenance and Repairs: Timely maintenance and repair services to uphold the condition of your property. Have access to our network of professionals and trades people for better prices. We handle organizing repairs at the property when needed. 

24-hour service availability: Access to our round-the-clock emergency service for any urgent property issues.

Help with legal compliance: We handle all the legal aspects and ensure compliance with property management regulations. We handle tenancy board issues, Strata issues on behalf of the owner if requested by the owner

Communication: Transparent and prompt communication to keep you informed every step of the way. 

Representing the owner: We handle all phone calls and have direct contact with the tenants. Collect mail that belongs to the owner. Submit forms on behalf of the owner for Vacancy home Tax/Speculation Tax (if the owner requires)
